The Advanced Care Center of Butler is a comfortable and home-like 29-bed skilled nursing center that provides high quality short-term rehabilitation services and comprehensive nursing care to help individuals successfully return to home. Provides assistance to professional nursing staff in the care of residents/patients through performance of routine direct and indirect resident/patient care activities, according to established policies and procedures. Maintains resident/patient rights, privacy, and confidentiality. Promotes resident/patient acceptance of treatment goals and responds promptly to overall resident/patient needs. This position will rotate between 2 shifts either 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. or 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Current Pennsylvania State Nurse Aide Certification; Must be listed on state nurse aide registry and without allegations.
