Job Description:
Seeking experienced Commercial/Industrial Concrete Formers and Finishers, Pipe Layers, and Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. These positions are for various construction projects in the North Carolina area.
Concrete Formers and Finishers Responsibilities:
Set up and prepare concrete forms for pouring
Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools and techniques
Finish concrete surfaces to achieve desired texture and appearance
Install reinforcement materials, such as rebar, wire mesh, or post-tension cables
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Pipe Layers Responsibilities:
Install and repair underground pipelines, including water, sewer, and drainage systems
Excavate trenches using hand tools or heavy equipment
Assemble and connect pipe sections, fittings, and valves
Test pipelines for leaks and ensure proper functioning
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
Heavy Equipment Operators Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, or backhoes
Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with other team members to meet project requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in the respective field (Concrete Formers, Finishers, Pipe Layers, or Heavy Equipment Operators)
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and equipment
Valid driver's license (for Heavy Equipment Operators)
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
