　　Supervises staff in the Food & Nutrition Services Department.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority within 30 days of hire. Or

　　National ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association upon hire.

　　California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.

　　Supervisory experience.

　　2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity managing 6-10 employees.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Coursework/Training: Certificate in Dietary Manager's Program.

　　Associate's Degree
