  We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative Construction Superintendent based in Bedford Hills, NY who is motivated about working on projects that impact the community you live in. You’ll be accountable for developing and communicating project work plans, monitoring manpower and performance against the work plans, and performing detailed comparisons of the design drawings against each other to ensure coordination between each of the various project trades. Quality assurance is a high priority, and you will ensure that the work in the field is being provided as per the contract documents and approved submittals.   Here's What You'll Need:

  6+ years’ experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects

  4+ years’ experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Inspector on large-scale, multi-contract building projects

  Demonstrated working knowledge of building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building

  Reliable transportation - Occasional travel to client facilities based on business needs

  Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  The base salary range for this position is $90,209.60 - $131,040.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
