　　Overview

　　The Construction Monitoring Representative is responsible for project management, construction oversight, and client management for the project team. Responsibilities include project management, project budget tracking, scheduling of key projects, and responsibility for the tasks associated with the projects. The Construction Monitoring Representative will work alongside existing office staff and senior management to successfully complete projects within established budgets and deadlines.

　　Coordinate & Manage a variety of outside party projectsCoordinate periodic field inspections and site visit reportsRun project meeting and distribute minutesQuality Control/Quality AssuranceClient managementReview outside party work plan submissions for conformance with client construction requirementsMust be able to maintain RWP for all subject railroadsOther project duties as assignedQualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering0-4 years experience in the rail or heavy construction industryKnowledge of local city, county, and state regulationsProficiency in technical skills in pre-construction services including, but not limited to, plan review and site inspectionsAbility to interact well with coworkers, clients, and regulatory agenciesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail with excellent analytical and judgment capabilitiesAbility to work independently, as well as, in a team environmentMust be able to comply with 49 CFR Part 219 Drug and Alcohol TestingValid driver's licenseWhat We Offer
