Your Job DEPCOM Power is looking for a Construction Manager to join the team in either the Project Delivery or Self Perform division. This role involves 95% travel. This role does not provide VISA sponsorship. Our Team At DEPCOM Power, we design, build and operate some of the largest and most efficient solar plants for leading utility companies and asset owners. The construction team consists of two divisions including General Contracting and Self Perform. DEPCOM's Construction team is comprised of field experts in utility scale Solar construction. What You Will Do Oversee and direct utility scale solar photovoltaic projects Safety and Quality first management philosophy while maintaining the construction schedule Maintain and monitor schedule management, budget control and contract compliance Work with the team to plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any that may arise Monitor project logistics to ensure deliveries to the project Coordinate and direct self perform installation and productivity Provide quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Construction Management experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications Experience managing teams of contractors and subcontractors Valid drivers license What Will Put You Ahead Utility scale solar experience Self Perform experience working for an EPC At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
