We provide services to both public and private customers with water resources, public works, and site development projects. Safely operate construction hand tools.Handle and move various construction materials.Operate heavy equipment: skid steers, off-road dump trucks, front-end loaders, backhoes, trackhoes, excavators, and/or bulldozers.Youll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following:
Have experience with underground water, sewer, or storm utilitiesHave experience as a Pipe Layer, Tailman, Hillman, or Equipment OperatorWork with a diverse group of people to achieve a common goalDemonstrate knowledge of proper, safe use of equipment, materials, and supplies used in the heavy construction industryEffectively communicate skills to understand, follow, and transmit written and oral instructionsShow responsibility for job site safetyHave reliable transportation - are willing to commute to job sites throughout northeast Florida (within 40 miles of Jacksonville)Work 40-50 hours per week - Saturdays as necessary. Overtime is likely, but not guaranteed.
