Our client, a global real estate investor, is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their NYC team. The hours are 9am-5pm (flex for OT) and this role is in the office five days a week.

　　Responsibilities:Direct the performance of all maintenance service requests, ensuring that work is accomplished efficientlyManage and administer leases/subleases, including the inputs for accounting and reporting processes into Space Management System Plan and coordinate operational processes and devise ways to streamlineCoordinate and manage movesAnalyze workplace survey comments and implement actions/improvementsOversee all communications on lease negotiations/renewals, office expenditures, and budget allocationsProject manage all new office construction, renovation of existing offices, and incorporation of acquired officesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration or facility management preferred 5+ years of experience required with at least one to two years in a management capacityHas managed/facilitated an entire office moveFamiliarity with HVAC, contract negotiation and establishing new vendor relationshipsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong math and analytical skillsCompensation/Benefits:Up to $130-140K base depending on experience + bonus100% company paid medical, dental, and vision401K with up to 6% match20 PTO days (15 vacation, 5 personal) plus holidays Beacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
