　　The Senior IT Systems Engineer will report to the Applications/Development & Integrations Manager and will have in scope the end-to-end technical ownership of assigned applications & systems. They will work closely with stakeholders, the Support Center, Infosec, and others, exemplifying proactive engagement and an “IT as a partner” mentality.

　　WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :

　　In collaboration with leadership, designing and building Group14’s:

　　Identity & access management tooling and procedures (Okta)

　　Productivity tooling (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack)

　　Integration platform and workflows (Workato)

　　…and more!

　　-Maintaining the technical roadmaps of core enterprise systems.

　　-In partnership with the Infrastructure, Infosec, and Support teams, managing application releases.

　　-Building standardized operating procedures and documentation.

　　-Providing “tier 3” support to the Support Center team.

　　WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR :

　　-Experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise identity and access management.

　　-Familiarity with on-premises application deployment, including performance monitoring and scaling.

　　-Working knowledge of information security and data privacy practices, e.g. NIST, ISO27001, GDPR, CCPA.

　　-Proficiency with RESTful and SOAP APIs, basic scripting (Python, Go), low/no-code platforms (Okta Workflows, Workato).

　　OTHER QUALITIES WE’D LOVE FOR YOU TO HAVE :

　　-Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, and chemical engineering applications (eMaint, MasterControl, VelocityEHS, Peaxy).

　　-Demonstrated understanding of product or program management, e.g. road mapping, prioritization, backlog management.

　　-Working knowledge of identity practices, e.g. passwordless authN, step-up authZ, privileged access management.

　　The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000. All positions come with a company bonus and stock options. The actual base pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the position is located.
