　　Germer Construction is seeking an experienced construction foreman tojoin our excavation team. We

　　specialize in mass excavation, underground utility installation and morefor both commercial and

　　residential customers in our diverse community.

　　Pay variable, depending on experience (DOE). We offer competitive pay,health insurance benefits,

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications

　　- Supervise and manage a team of construction laborers, operators, andtruck drivers

　　- Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to projectspecifications

　　- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

　　- Correspondence with site superintendent, city inspectors, andcontractors

　　- Provide guidance and training to team members on constructiontechniques and best practices

　　- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHAregulations and safety protocols

　　- Collaborate with project managers to develop and update projectschedules - Create daily job reports,

　　safety inspections, audits and send to office personnel.

　　Qualifications:

　　-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position

　　-Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and city stands

　　-Strong knowledge of construction estimating and project managementprinciples

　　-Excellent communication, leadership skills, and accountability

　　-Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meetdeadlines
