Description:

　　The Estimator is on the front end of the construction cycle. Analyzes blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials and labor estimates.

　　Prepares estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors and for planning, organizing and scheduling work

　　Prepares proposals which meet quality standards, sets timelines and fee projections.

　　Budgets, estimates and prepares contracts for negotiated, select-bid and hard-bid projects.
