　　Basic Job Functions:

　　The basic functions of the Construction Coordinator is as follows: (1) Utilization of knowledge and skills to support a plant wide Building & Structural maintenance including building and component inspections, preventive maintenance, door repair, HVAC, fabrication and construction projects. (2) Participation in a training and development required for continuous improvement and support of the maintenance and production teams. (3) Develop and implement projects for continuous improvement.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　2 years industrial maintenance degree, 4 year engineering degree or 5+ years Maintenance Experience

　　Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, and nights/rotating shifts as needed. Scheduled and unscheduled overtime

　　5 years Industrial Building Maintenance and Construction experience

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Welding Certification and Fabrication experience

　　3-5 years of Steel Mill Experience
