　　Course:

　　BIT-200: Introduction to Computer Technology

　　This course provides the foundation of core knowledge within the field of information technology. Topics include technology-centric organizations, the type and role of fundamental information technology systems, data management to include privacy and security, e-business and m-business, hardware, software, and computer networks.

　　What You Will Do:

　　Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom.

　　Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes.

　　Respond to students’ questions and emails within the established timeframes.

　　Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.

　　What You Will Bring:

　　Masters in Information Systems OR Masters in Business Administration (MBA)

　　AND 5 or more years of experience working with technology

　　Preferred - college teaching experience in computer technology
