Drive usage and adoption of GovWin IQ by assisting customers with their search filters in GovWin IQ to ensure they are receiving appropriate results relative to their industry and focus.
Provide expertise on the GovWin IQ solution and highlight key features and functionality allowing the customer to execute their objectives, offering solutions to critical problems for the customer’s issues and needs.
Become a subject matter expert in search filters in GovWin IQ for Federal, State, Local and Education (SLED), and Canadian markets.
Lead interactive online trainings and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of searching in GovWin IQ.
Understand all GovWin IQ products and possess a strong knowledge and understanding of Federal and SLED government procurement.
Proactively engage customers regarding search satisfaction through first year renewal outreach and survey feedback to help with customer satisfaction and product adoption.
Conduct live monthly training webinars for customers on how to best to leverage GovWin for their needs.
Assist in the development of customer-facing training videos and best practice user guides for the GovWin IQ solution.
Possess critical thinking skills which can be applied to helping customers use correct GovWin search criteria.
Ability to work independently and work well with members of the Customer Success team.
Provide and participate in product feedback as requested and work with the product development teams as needed to provide a customer usability perspective.
Work Location:US RemoteQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
2+ years’ experience in customer success.
Strong knowledge of GovWin IQ is preferred.
Experience in developing training content (videos and/or user guides).
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple customer requests at the same time.
Must possess the ability to effectively present information to internal stakeholders and customers.
Ability to establish, update, and document process and procedures.
Be a self-starter, able to quickly take on new tasks and fill in gaps where needed.
Interpersonal, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external team members.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment.
