　　Job Description

　　AECOM is seeking a Sr. Quality Assurance Manager to be based in Oakland, CA .

　　JOB SUMMARY:

　　As part of the owner's representative construction management team, oversee the design-build contractors' administration of their Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs for a multi-billion dollar rail-transit program.

　　RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Implement and establish a systematic approach to oversee contractor's quality control procedures and processes

　　Review each contractor's QA and QC Plan for compliance with contract requirements for its applicable scope of work

　　Perform audits of the selected design-build contractors including subcontractor and suppliers and their implementation of approved QC and QA procedures throughout project delivery phases. Provide corrective action recommendations

　　Manage the NCR/NCN process

　　Provide written and oral reports as required

　　Qualifications

　　MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

　　BA/BS + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Rail/transit construction experience

　　Experience with design-build delivery

　　Bored and mined tunnel construction experience

　　Experience with FTA-funded projects

　　Offered rate of compensation (California locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $154,000 - $270,000.
