Applications received after that date may be considered until an adequate applicant pool has been established.DUTIES:Under the supervision of the Chief Information Officer, the Computer Systems Analyst/Help Desk Supervisor is responsible for developing custom data base applications using MS Access; maintaining the local data warehouse utilizing SQL Server; responding to a wide variety of information technology requests; developing and executing ticketing system training to all faculty, staff and students via the web as well as face-to-face when needed. This position is also responsible for testing new upgrades to the learning management system and ticketing system and providing support and supervision for the centralized IT Help Desk.
