Analyze user requirements, procedures and problems to automate processing and improve existing computer system. Formulate plans outlining steps required for programs using structured analysis in addition to preparing flowcharts and diagrams to convert project specifications into detailed instructions and logical steps for coding into languages processed by computers. Review computer system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations. Analyze user feedback, requirements, systems procedures and problems. Identify problems or delays and provide alternative plans for recovery. Monitor and oversee the implementation of required software and hardware components to increase performance efficiency. Monitor initial use of the software and systems to ensure functionality per business objectives. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and ensure that systems are meeting their needs. Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments, and recommend ways to improve the systems. Experience must include: MS Windows environment, HTML, Visual Studio, Agile, Waterfall, MS Visio, Power BI, MS Project, PL/SQL, .NET, MS PowerPoint. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, MIS or related with 6 months of relevant experience in job offered or as a Computer/Business Professional.
