Assist consumers in effectively managing and ultimatelyrecovering from mental illness or substance abuse. Empower consumers tobe in charge of their own rehabilitation and recovery. 2. Make direct reports to client\'s therapist,counselor and/or psychiatrist regarding updates. 5. Scheduleappointments to meet regularly with supervisor, attend scheduledmeetings and consult with supervisor, therapist, counselor, psychologistor psychiatrist regarding individual cases. 6. Assist clients inestablishing the least restrictive living arrangement and life-style aspossible. Help clients in aspects of daily living including groceryshopping, housekeeping, home repair and maintenance. 7. Perform crisisintervention functions in conjunction with the agency\'s crisis team.Assess the potential for client\'s dangerousness to self or others, andthe degree of disability/irrationality if applicable. Recommendemergency detention and/or hospitalization as needed. 8.
