Compliance Quality Control Specialist

　　Reports to: VP of Compliance

　　Location: Liverpool

　　Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 4:30 p.m.

　　Non-Exempt: $42,000 - $47,000 per year, depending on experience

　　What is a Quality Control Specialist

　　Quality Control Specialists are professionals who implement, enforce, and guide others to adhere to standard operating procedures, policies, and controls.

　　What you will do

　　As a Compliance Quality Control Specialist, you will provide compliance and production guidance to staff. You will assist with reviewing, establishing, developing, and updating standard operating procedures and controls addressing all compliance, quality risk, and security measurements. You will conduct audits of operator processes and procedures.

　　Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

　　A High school diploma or GED is preferred.

　　Must follow directions carefully and have strong attention to detail while multitasking.

　　Must have a strong sense of teamwork and accountability.

　　Must understand basic math.

　　Excellent documentation, report, and analytical skills

　　Experience in quality control, compliance, or a related print and mail industry field is preferred.

　　You will stand, walk, crouch, bend, or kneel; use the repetitive motion of hands or wrists; fingers, grasp, handle or feel; reach with arms and hands.
