Summary: Responsiblefor generating new business opportunities by using a consultativeselling approach, qualifying leads, and prospecting through existingbusiness accounts to engage with prospective buyers. Duties &Responsibilities Build and maintain a network of residential customersand vendors. Generate qualified leads in assigned territory for thesales team through a variety of channels including cold calling,marketing strategies, and participation in industry events. Collaboratewith Inside and Outside Account Managers to support customer needs.Utilize a consultative selling approach focused on finding the bestoutcomes for the customer. Collaborate with internal teams such ascustomer service, sales, product management, and marketing to developcomprehensive proposals, deliver tailored solutions and support. Providemarket feedback related to applicable industry trends, technologies,customer needs and identifying key products and vendors. Maintaindetailed reports of sales activities including loading prospects andactivities or customer and vendor relationship problems through use ofthe customer relationship manager (CRM). Coordinate customer training.Responsible for company issued vehicle maintenance and upkeep andeffectively manage expense accounts.
