Boutique Architecture firm looking for a Architectural Project Manager

　　with high-end Townhouse experience!!

　　About the firm & role:

　　Architect will work directly with owner/principal on a new construction townhouse in the Upper East Side.

　　This is a complex construction project because they are tearing down the current townhouse and building a new one in between buildings.

　　Candidate will be responsible for managing the project, coordinating with consultants, leading CA phase, and overseeing junior architects & supporting them on drawings.

　　Candidate must have experience working on ground up townhouse projects. It's equivalent to a midrise or high rise building. However, they must have experience with high end projects.

　　This will be a leadership role in the firm, so the candidate must be self-sufficient.

　　You will work closely with principals on design, lead junior architects with drawings, and be the main point for CA.

　　MUST HAVES:

　　7 - 12 years of experience

　　AutoCAD

　　Experience working in very high end townhouse projects

　　Ground up / New construction

　　Construction Documents - Construction Administration

　　Leading 1-2 juniors with drawings

　　Coordinating with consultants, engineers
