　　Humana Healthy Horizons in Oklahoma is seeking a Compliance Professional 2 who ensures compliance with governmental requirements. The Compliance Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

　　Develops and implements compliance policies and proceduresResearches compliance issues and recommends changes that assure compliance with contract obligationsMaintains relationships with government agenciesCoordinates site visits for regulators, coordinates implementation and compliance with corrective action plans, as neededUnderstands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areasMakes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needeFollows established guidelines/procedures

　　Must reside in OklahomaBachelor's degree2-5 years of technical experience working compliance in a Healthcare settingAbility to manage multiple or competing priorities and meet deadlinesMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesStrong attention to detail

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　Compliance regulations experienceAnalytical experienceExperience running queries and ad hoc reports in Access and/or SQLGraduate degree
