Description

Robert Half is currently looking for a Compliance Customer Support member to provide internal customer service and support to a team of Broker Dealers. The candidate for this position will be tracking and managing professionals licensing and registration information to ensure the team is in compliance with the regulations to sell financial products. This position is key in proving support to the team, so they can do what they do best, without worrying about compliance!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

-Responding to emails and answering phone calls regarding questions around status, where someone is at in the process, when is their compliance due date

-Updating and maintaining records

-Monitoring and working out of a shared que

-Pulling and reconciling reports

-Performing data entry within the database

Requirements

Skills We're Looking For:

-Demonstrable experience in a data entry role or similar position

-Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications

-Excellent customer service and communication skills

-Ability to handle email correspondence professionally and efficiently

-Strong phone etiquette, with the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously

-High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks

-Strong organizational and multitasking skills

-Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive data responsibly

-Basic understanding of databases and data analysis procedures

-Prior experience within a finance environment would be highly advantageous and set you apart from other candidates!
