Completions Engineer

　　Location: Hull

　　Project Completions Engineer:

　　Responsible for delivering a comprehensive all quality related documents for the complication of the project specific lifetime records for the final QA/QC documentation for the project.

　　Key Activities:

　　Compile Project documentation in accordance with Final Documentation Procedure OH3631 (BOPDOC1 Rev 2).

　　Utilise the Pro-Arc Information Management & Project / Process Control system to enable Client Document acceptance and ultimately Handover.

　　Receive Fabrication Work packs associated with the Piping Manager software tool, and ensure their compilation, compliance, and Quality accuracy are in line with Project Specific requirements.

　　Submit completed Generic and Fabrication Specific Documentation for Client review, and Acceptance.

　　Compile QA document for EOMR

　　Scan documents and add to an agreed completion pack (Document booklet)

　　Using existing approved EOMR template build up document booklet, adding TC Numbers, Headers, footers, index (Table of content) and prepare and add CofC and finally prepare Final sign off page (List on Signatories).

　　Sense check completed document/EOMR and then submit to the BV DI for review and hopefully sign off/acceptance.

　　Once accepted send to Document Controller for uploading the NNB Teamcenter for client approval.

　　Once EMOR is approved pass back to Document control and they will Archive the approved EOMR document.

　　Raise Continuous Improvement Forms (CIFs) as appropriate and liaise with Client’s QA/QC departments

　　Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, Piping Manager (BET-Software package) ProArc, Share point, BET IMS for ISO 9001 and SAP.

　　Assist with setting up/writing processes and procedures related to QC completion records for Lifetime records and documentation.

　　Experience:

　　Ability to operate “Piping Manager” software programme.

　　Ability to use ProArc document management system for compiling LTR’s

　　Ability to read and comprehend isometric drawings to the necessary standard.

　　An understanding of the Quality management system and its operation.

　　An understanding of non-conformance procedures and mitigation exercises within the quality system.

　　Excellent communication skills.

　　Qualifications:

　　A Relevant trade certificate e.g. City and Guilds or

　　You will need to be qualified to Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) NVQ Mechanical-Level 3

　　BTEC HNC Mechanical.

　　GoCompletions Database & Foundation Certs

　　IRCA-Internal QMS Auditor

　　Experience working in a Management position.

　　ISOH Managing Safety Cert.
