Description
Our Richardson client is seeking a compensation analyst for a 6+ month project. The role is a hybrid role, and our client prefers if someone could be onsite, but they are also open to remote. If remote, it may require intermittent travel to Dallas. The Compensation Analyst is a key contributor to the success of the company's new compensation plan for its multiple divisions and businesses. This role will assist with the research, analysis, planning, and administration of all compensation programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Design, evaluate, modify, and manage compensation policies and practices to ensure that programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements.
Collaborate with human resources and business leaders by conducting job evaluations and leveling and providing compensation recommendations.
Maintain and update systems database with job profiles, pay ranges, and salary surveys.
Researching and advising on relevant state and federal laws to ensure the organization remains compliant with its compensation policies.
Assist with special projects as assigned.

Requirements
General knowledge of compensation practices and policies.
Excellent computer skills in Google environment. Must include Sheets and Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
Effective oral and written communication.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Responsible for creating and delivering high-quality presentations for the executive team and organization.
