The Sr Principal Product Manager for OCI Multicloud will lead many aspects of customer-focused product, strategy and go to market activities for Oracle’s industry leading Multicloud offerings.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is the fastest growing hyperscale platform. As OCI continues to expand its offerings, the Multicloud Product Management leaders play a pivotal role in shaping the future of OCI’s cloud services by integrating with other cloud providers, offering customers unprecedented flexibility and choice.

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic leaders on our multicloud products and growth team.

You would lead at the core of the OCI business. You will work on our products such as Oracle Database@Azure, Oracle Database@AWS, and Oracle Database@Google Cloud and play a pivotal leading role in designing and implementing scalable and robust businsess and cloud solutions for our clients. You will partner with customers, sales, and engineering teams to create solutions that address customer's business problems and accelerate adoption of OCI.

A demonstrated capacity to approach business, products, and technical challenges with a strategic mindset is essential. We seek individuals who seamlessly navigate the intersection of technology and business. This role demands high technical proficiency, customer focus, requiring broad competence across various technologies and the ability to work with technology leaders; key responsibilities include:

Provide strategic guidance, lead and drive rapid customer and partner adoption of multicloud platforms by working directly with customers, account teams, and engineering teams.

Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to drive successful client engagements for products across OCI.

Stay at the forefront of technological advancements, guiding the adoption of cutting-edge solutions.

Present solutions to customers and partners at multiple levels, from engineers up to CxO while explaining transformational concepts to executive decision makers and influencing their technology strategy.

Drive lighthouse wins while developing and executing scalable adoption programs and identifying repeatable solutions to solve customers’ challenges and help the broader field organization.

Develop a passion for educating, training, and enabling cloud solutions experts for a challenging set of customers and circumstances.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
