Position Summary: Supervise and monitor the physical condition and security of facilities. Supervise the delivery of Community Education programming.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Supervises the conduct of program participants.

　　Serves as the point of contact for all program participants, staff, and spectators.

　　Enforces all general building rules including emergency procedures related to the facility.

　　Keeps facility/site clean and in an orderly condition for participants and their families. Return to desired condition as specified by supervisor.

　　Ensures all programs, activity, or league equipment is delivered to the site.

　　Have a working knowledge of all facilities, program/league rules, policies, and procedures.

　　Reports any issues to school custodians, CE staff, and/or Program Coordinator.

　　Monitors groups to ensure proper use of facility.

　　Knows proper location and how to use cleaning materials.

　　Problem solves any issues while delivering positive customer service.

　　Open Gyms: Ensures participants sign the waiver, collects participant fees, and reconciles end of day documents.

　　Experience:

　　Must be at least 21 years old. Previous supervisory or coaching experience is recommended but not required.

　　Must be able to lift and carry equipment as needed including raising/lowering baskets, setting up and taking down volleyball poles and nets, and gathering flag football equipment.

　　Schedule:

　　Weekday evenings and weekends as needed

　　Positions are seasonal

　　Salary Range $15.00 / Per Hour
