General Summary:
Responsibilities i nclude but are not limited to: Coordinating production workflow for multiple product lines, plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance with minimum delays to meet on-time delivery goals; determine manpower and hours needed based on workload and equipment capacity, determine raw materials needed to cover production demand; flow informational updates to management, staff, sales team, and customers as required.
Essential Job Functions:
Coordinates the Manufacturing team to plan production schedules.
Reviews production to identify and report plant capacity constraints.
Resolves production, labor, and material shortage problems in a timely manner.
Develops daily production status reports for production teams.
Monitors workflow and schedules to ensure on-time delivery and owns the on-time delivery KPI.
Ensures materials and equipment are prearranged for production.
Coordinates with management to develop and execute production plans.
Develops effective scheduling processes to achieve production objectives.
Coordinates with production, estimation and purchasing to develop and maintain scheduling parameters.
Generates daily and weekly production reports to management for critical decision-making purposes.
Plans and prioritizes operations to ensure maximum performance and minimize delays.
Communicates production updates to customers and sales managers.
Monitors jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
Coordinates production workflow for multiple projects.
Supports Capacity Planning Processes for KPI’s, weekly and monthly production reports and forecasts.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
High School diploma, Associate degree preferred.
Five (5) years administrative support work experience.
Two (2) years analytical experience.
Project Management experience.
Ability to work autonomously.
Customer Service Support and/or Purchasing experience preferred.
Advanced PC skills: heavy Excel and experience working in a business system required.
Ability to multi-task efficiently with frequent interruptions from people, phone calls, urgent e-mails and changing priorities .
Organizational skills required to prioritize, plan and coordinate work activities and resources in area of responsibility.
Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with associates, customers, business partners and management team. Demonstrates teamwork approach with superiors, peers and subordinates, good listening and comprehension skills, can provide clear written and oral directions as well as assisting others when needed.
Working Conditions:
Normal business office environment with regular (up to 100% of work time) exposure to noise, dust, office equipment and supplies.
Physical dexterity needed to bend, stretch, lift and reach.
Ability to sit or stand for extensive periods throughout the day.
Ability to perform basic office tasks using standard office equipment.
Ability to use a keyboard and computer.
