Job Description
As your BA's Communication Performance Manager, you will be responsible for measuring and evaluating the success of marketing and internal communication activities on BA level. This way, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing communications, which will enable your BA to track the success of all internal and external communication measures.
Strategy
•regularly check and align the BA's communication and marketing activities with relevant stakeholders based on measurement outcomes
Reporting
•prepare reports for relevant stakeholders, including e.g.,the BA's top management and your BA's Marketing and Internal Communicationsteam
Benchmark
•benchmark and monitor the communications activities of relevant competitors
Collaboration
• collaborate and align closely with our IT as well as central and other BA's Communications Performance Analysts on KPIs, tools, and frameworks and by e.g., taking part in relevant councils on sector level
•select and manage relevant service providers and agencies
•manage external data analytics and marketing controlling agencies and service providers.
Performance Controlling
• define success criteria (KPI) for measuring the effectiveness of your BA's marketing and internal communications' efforts
• build a centralized KPI dashboard to provide instant feedback and advise on communication measures

Qualifications
Education / Certification
University degree in the field of Data Analytics, Finance, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or comparable qualification
Professional Experience
(Variety of Functions, Variety of Business, General Management Experience)First experience in communications, marketing, or data analytics with a focus on measurement and evaluation
Strong analytical skills, with experience in data visualization and dashboarding Hands-on-Mentality
High level of resilience and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions
Project and/or Process Experience
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders
Familiarity with project management tools and software
Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies
Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies
Knowledge of key analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Brandwatch, and Power BIQuick grasp of new concepts
Intercultural / International Experience
first experience in working within international teams
Fluent in written and spoken English High level of commitment and understanding of different stakeholder communication requirements
Ability to build and move within organizational independent networks
