　　Responsibilities:

　　Operate the hospital's telecommunications switchboard system, handling incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally,

　　Greet callers in a friendly and courteous manner, providing a positive first impression of the hospital,

　　Direct calls to the appropriate departments, clinics, or individuals, ensuring accurate and efficient call routing,

　　Respond to inquiries from patients, visitors, and staff, providing information about hospital services, visiting hours, and general inquiries,

　　Maintain an up-to-date directory of hospital staff, departments, and extensions, ensuring accurate and timely information,

　　Assist in emergency situations by promptly connecting calls to the appropriate emergency response teams,

　　Handle internal paging requests for hospital staff, physicians, and other personnel as required,

　　Monitor and respond to alarms and emergency codes, following established protocols and procedures,

　　Collaborate with other hospital departments to coordinate communication during critical situations or emergencies,

　　Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive patient information,

　　Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, updating call logs, and generating reports as needed,
