You'll be responsible for strategic communications planning and content development aligned with the People organization's goals and objectives and in support of Western Union's overall business strategy. This will include managing and delivering key communications that support the full employee lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding to performance management, compensation, benefits, and everything in between. We're looking for a well-rounded Communications manager who can work collaboratively with the People Organization Centers of Excellence and HR Business partners to effectively communication with employees across the globe
Role Responsibilities
Evolve standard work and processes to support communication effectiveness and efficiency.
Able to translate complex Human Resources terminology into accessible language for the average employee.
Collaborate with People org teams to drive initiatives/projects from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders, including team members at all levels.
Ensure consistent and aligned messaging that reflects our brand and voice.
Reinforce values and key messages to enhance employee engagement and understanding.
Work in partnership with HR Operations & Technology to oversee the administration and maintenance of communication platforms for broad-based employee HR communications and information, as well as internal People organization communications.
Role Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal and/or corporate communications, marketing, or a related field.
Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Experience with Microsoft Teams and Unily (desired but not required).
A history of working in a fast-paced environment.
Should be flexible and able to evaluate situations quickly and act decisively.
You will have exhibited ability to work with senior executives.
Ideally have a proven ability to work effectively with individuals in multiple departments and countries.
Have shown exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Salary
The base salary range is $93,750-125,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies
