Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.
Duties: Collaborate with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. Actively involve in delivering efficient solutions and enhance to continuously evolving PPL web based application by contributing in all stages of software development lifecycle (Requirements Gathering, Software Design, Software Development, Test and Integration, Deployment, Operationalization and Maintenance). Enhance existing processes and develop workflows for streamlining PPL and its integration with other systems like DSMT, CR&C etc. Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Provide expertise in area, advanced knowledge of applications programming, and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation using tools and technologies like JAVA 11, Oracle, Spring Framework, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Shell scripts, Junits etc. Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals. Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions. Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent), in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 4 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technology Consultant, Software Developer or related position designing financial applications. Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the above fields and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience in the above positions. Full span of experience must include: Software Engineering & Design; Java 11, Java Persistence API, Java Transaction API, Hibernate, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, REST Services, HTML, EXT JS, Shell Scripting, Kafka, Data Definition Language, Data Manipulation language, PL/SQL; and Tools: Eclipse, Oracle, GIT, Bitbucket, Tomcat, MS Office Suite, Teams, Release management Tool (RLM), Autosys, Jenkins, Sonar, uDeploy.
