With a keen sense of how to tell Evergreen's compelling story in ways that inspire prospective students, and in close partnership with Admissions and Academic programming staff, the position is responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies (with support from outside vendors) for recruitment and admissions for professional studies and graduate programs, as well as supporting Evergreen's prison education programs. With current understanding of best practices in higher education recruitment, the position creates and implements traditional, photographic, video, and digital content for web, print, and social media with oversight by Marketing and Communications leadership team in close collaboration with Academics program staff.Nature and ScopeReporting to the Public Relations and Marketing Manager, this position plans and executes comprehensive marketing projects and activities to improve student recruitment and support the college's goals for growth in professional studies and graduate programs, as well as prison education program development. The position requires proficiency in creating and administering higher-ed marketing materials, advertising, and social media content. This position coordinates staff and equipment resources for assigned areas of the college and facilitates internal collaborations across multiple divisions within the college.Essential FunctionsCoordinate marketing projects and plan, organize, and implement the marketing efforts for assigned areas of the college.Meet regularly with representatives from assigned areas to develop marketing and communications materials (press releases, stories, web and social media content, photography, etc.).Unify and link communication streams from assigned parts of the college to prospects, with the goal of brand consistency, clarity, and conversion.Collaborate with colleagues to promote the college, tell Evergreen's story, and attract prospective students.In collaboration with leadership and working from strategies developed with internal clients, create and implement the college's advertising and promotion for print, radio, TV, outdoor, digital, and other media.Create or coordinate the creation of specialty content for emails, texts, press releases, website landing pages, stories, and social media.Write in distinctly different ways for social media posts, journalistic s
