The Project Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support for all projects. If you have the ability to provide this type of support we want to talk to you.

　　How are you successful in this role?

　　The ideal candidate must have the ability to assist with contract writing, renewal and compliance. Maintain schedules for field staff and ensure timesheets are completed timely. Create and manage purchase orders and change orders, process insurance certificates. This role requires organization, efficient time management, strong communication skills, and great customer focus.

　　Highschool diploma required

　　One year of related experience required

　　Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment

　　Strong communication and customer services skills required

　　Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required

　　What we would love to see?

　　Associate Degree

　　Experience working with projects and/or contract administration in Construction/HVAC industry
