Your key responsibilities
• Support implementation and monitoring of strategic projects and change management activities
• Support continuous improvement of the ways of working and mindset around change management and communications
• Create communication materials and professional engaging presentation for the IP department
• Create and maintain the SharePoint Intranet site, ensuring that all content is up-to-date and relevant
• Support with the implementation of Global Mandatory and Non-Mandatory trainings
• Provide administrative support to the IP department

You bring
• Bachelor’s degree
• Business, Marketing based studies
• At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
• Advance English level – other language is a plus
• High level of Microsoft office and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe premiere Pro and others)
• People person and have a high customer orientation mindset
• Highly motivated to learn – Proactive and flexible
