Project Planning and Execution: Candidate will be responsible of executing acomprehensive commissioning execution plan that outlines the scope, schedule, and budget for
the commissioning of the shops under hers / his responsibilities. electrical and controls systems
in a manufacturing facility. Candidate will ensure that the commissioning execution plan is
aligned with the projects need dates.
Commissioning Planning and Execution: Candidates will lead the development ofcommissioning execution plans, coordinating with other stakeholders to ensure that all systems
are commissioned in a safe and effective manner. This includes ensuring that all testing and
validation are completed and documented through CxAlloy, and that all systems meet regulatory
requirements if applicable. Assures and responsible of missing assets being identified and
incorporated to CxAlloy.
Resource Management: Candidates will be responsible for managing thecommissioning resources required to complete the project, including discipline specific
personnel, equipment, and materials. You will coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure
that they meet your commissioning turnover date requirements and deliverables.
Risk Management: Candidates will be responsible for identifying and elevating to otherstakeholders and management, potential project risks and developing risk management strategies
to mitigate those risks. This includes analyzing commissioning risks & delays, assessing the
probability and impact of each of these risk, and developing contingency plans to minimize the
impact of potential risks.
Communication: Candidates will be responsible for maintaining effectivecommunication with all stakeholders, including commissioning manager, commissioning team
members, construction and 3rd party contractors, and vendors. This includes communicating
through project updates, progress commissioning reports, and any changes in schedule, scope or
need dates.
Team Management: Candidates will be responsible for managing project teams andensuring that all team members are aligned with the project goals and objectives. This includes
assigning tasks, providing direction, and managing performance.
Budget Management: Candidates will be responsible for managing commissioningbudgets under his / hers shops budgets and ensuring costs are within budget. This includes
developing budget plans, monitoring project expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost
savings.
Quality Assurance: Candidates will be responsible for ensuring that project deliverablesmeet the required quality standards by working hand in hand with client. Assure these
are captured and reflected in CxAlloy.
Stakeholder Relationships: Candidate will be responsible for building and maintainingstrong relationships with all stakeholders, clients, understanding their needs, ensuring they
understand our commissioning needs and expectations. This includes providing regular updates,
managing and adjusting commissioning execution plans changes in scope, and addressing any
issues or concerns that arise during construction that may affect delays in turnover or handover.
Summary:
Overall, as Commissioning Project Manager, her / him will be responsible for ensuring
that all systems are commissioned safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable
regulations. Candidate will lead the commissioning team assigned to the shops under his / her
responsibility, manage resources and risks, maintain effective communication with stakeholders,
manage shop commissioning budgets, and support the deliverables required by QA team in order
to meet manufacturers need dates.
Qualifications
Capable of developing detail commissioning execution plan customize to shops underhis / her responsibility in order to meet schedule requirement dates.
Capable of working across all departments with their stakeholders. Proven track record.
Maintain a funded budget spend & not exceed.
Directs and coordinate discipline team members assuring meeting schedule handover
dates.
Assures construction meets turnover dates to commissioning team.
Strong technical knowledge and communications skills.
Leadership ability and leadership skills.
Team builder skills.
Planning and organizational skills
Ability to read and analyze reports and graphs.
Understands the business implications of decisions.
Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
6-10 years" experience in industrial manufacturing or comparable
Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering degree or comparable
