The Cloyd Operations + Innovation (CO+I) Commissioning (Cx) team is responsible for managing the end-to-end testing & Commissioning delivery of new data center capacity for CO+I. Through development of leading program management and construction processes, this team is chartered with managing workflow across vertically and horizontally aligned project managers and virtual teams to successfully deliver multi-million dollar, multi-year data center construction programs.
As the Commissioning Management System & Analytics Manager, you will be the manager of the ACMS (Automated Commissioning Management System) which is currently based on a Dynamics 365 application on behalf of the Commissioning team.
It will include working with data center commissioning managers, engineers, construction managers, operations teams and finance teams in order to develop tools and reports that analyze project and portfolio performance status that assist project delivery members and management and delivery predictability.
You will also coordinate with the Development Team for Microsoft’s Automated Commissioning Management System (ACMS) and represent the Cx team’s input into the ACMS feature updates.

Responsibilities
Business Processes
Reports to the CO+I Global Commissioning Director.
Primary responsibility for being the ACMS manager and PoC for Commissioning group
Responsibility for analyzing data center and substation project status utilizing data from Microsoft’s ACMS, finance programs and other reporting systems.
Create and/or maintain PowerBI reports for the Cx organization.
Data validation of ACMS project information.
Coordinate with Microsoft’s ACMS Development Team for product backlog management, new feature requests, bug fixes, User Acceptance Testing, and product release.
Development of ACMS Procedures and Standards.
Coordination with other internal teams for analysis of new tools for data center delivery
Develop and conduct ACMS training to commissioning team.
Minimal Travel required. Some travel may be required to help train teams on the ACMS.
Communications
Regularly review construction progress, QA/QC, commissioning progress, issues, and KPI metrics to report to management.
Manage commissioning organization OKR reporting and tracking.
Attend scheduled organization team meetings and report program metrics as necessary.
Accountability
Reporting of the commissioning program metrics to management on a regular basis.
Work independently in support of the CO+I Program.
Strategy and Development
Refine reporting, metrics, policies and develop techniques for driving solutions including development of commissioning procedures.
Provide input to data center delivery Cx long-term delivery strategy and incorporate requirements into the program plans.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
12+ years relevant technical engineering experience
OR Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience
OR Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience
OR Doctorate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience.
3+ years relevant technical experience Database, construction, and IT Application Program management experience
2+ years technical experience building large-scale data applications.

Familiar with standard Data Center equipment to include: electrical distribution equipment from switchgear down to panelboards, VFDs, low voltage power and molded case circuit breakers, overhead IT busway, Diesel Generators, air handling units, water treatment equipment, controls and monitoring, and hot aisle containment accessories
Ability to implement Equipment related data within Equipment Management, Work Management, Inventory Management, Procurement Management, Change Management and other related modules within of chosen EAM solution.
Experience driving standards and consensus across teams and disciplines.
Reliability Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.
