　　We are looking for an experienced Internal Auditor to lead and execute audit projects for sales and marketing functions and support broader Internal audit (IA) team with other IA projects and initiatives in the LATAM region. This is an individual contributor role. This position will be reporting to Director of Internal Audit based in US HQ in Santa Clara, California.

　　What you get to do in this role:

　　Leads or assists with execution of the audits in sales and marketing functions (direct sales, sales operations, channel sales, services, revenue, marketing, sales commissions, etc.) in accordance with department and professional standards, and complete assignments timely in an efficient manner

　　Conducts walkthroughs, completes controls testing, produces high quality internal audit workpapers which have been fully reviewed prior to being presented to senior audit management.

　　Drafts audit conclusions resulting in specific business process and internal control improvements, while considering implementation requirements, cost and stakeholder feedback

　　Effectively communicates with Internal Audit managers on audit status, issues and reporting.

　　Leads various project activities and other administrative tasks

　　Performs action tracking follow-up with management for Audit Committee reporting purposes.

　　Participates in other departmental initiatives and pro-actively advises the business on key risks, control environment, and change initiatives.

　　To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

　　Minimum four-year degree from an accredited university; degree in Accounting, Finance or General Business required

　　Minimum of 4-5 years of work experience, with min 2 years at a public accounting firm (Big 4 or national CPA firm), including experience in internal auditing, external auditing, SOX, operation and process improvement.

　　Prefer candidates with one of the following certifications: Certified Internal Auditor, Chartered Accountant or Certified Fraud Examiner

　　Advanced knowledge, skill and understanding in applying internal auditing and accounting principles and practices, specifically as it relates to risk assessment, planning, execution, reporting and follow up stages of operational audits

　　Strong critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to identify root cause

　　Exceptional skills in using Excel and Visio; experience in using SAP and Tableau strongly preferred.

　　Strong communications along with exceptional interpersonal skills

　　Understanding of business objectives and risks associated with a Software and Cloud company is a plus

　　Fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese is a plus.
