Commerce Bank of Washington, a division of Zions Bancorporation, is currently hiring a Commercial Loan Specialist in downtown Seattle

　　This specialist will do the following:

　　· Provides administrative and/or operational support within one or more of the following loan areas; processing, closing, servicing, reviewing documentation of all types of loans, including but not limited to: Consumer, Commercial; New, Renewed, Purchase and Sale, Escrow, etc.

　　· Reviews all loan requests for appropriate authorization, compliance and bank policy standards

　　· Responsible for verifying completeness of files with all necessary documents and signatures required

　　· Responsible for ensuring Bank’s interest/collateral is in proper position; including insurance is up to date and not lapsed

　　· Audits and transmits loan documentation

　　· Maintains Collateral files, documents, notes, etc.

　　· Researches and resolves lending inquires and issues

　　· May prepare loan documents and monthly/quarterly reports as needed

　　· Responsible for post-closing items including but not limited to: ticklers, filing, scanning, answer questions and follow up with other vendors or the employees

　　· Other duties as assigned

　　Qualifications:

　　· Requires High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of previous banking or loan processing, documentation, loan assistant experience or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may job requirements.

　　· Proficient knowledge of lending processes, loan principles, documentation and loan systems

　　· Knowledge of banking process and procedures helpful

　　· Must have strong organizational and customer service skills

　　· Must be accurate, possess numeric and verbal aptitudes

　　· Strong research, audit and communications skills, both written and verbal

　　· Ability to complete processes and meet deadlines

　　· Proficient working knowledge computer program i.e word processing, spreadsheets or related software
