　　NOTE - Pay Rate for this job is $35 / Hour, based on experience.

　　 Responsibilities:

　　Install and run conduit Install and repair electrical equipment and fixtures

　　Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems

　　Troubleshoot motor and control systems

　　Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems

　　Adhere to all quality and safety codes 

　　QUALIFICATIONS:  

　　Proven experience as a Electrician in commercial construction projects

　　Thorough understanding of electrical systems, components, and safety guidelines

　　Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings

　　Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

　　Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

　　Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

　　Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions, confined spaces, and heights
