　　Job Description:

　　Assist individuals with disabilities in developing and enhancing life skills.

　　Provide support in community integration and participation.

　　Implement individualized plans to achieve personal goals.

　　Foster independence and inclusion within the community.

　　Offer short-term relief to caregivers of individuals with disabilities.

　　Follow care plans and ensure the well-being of individuals in the absence of their primary caregivers.

　　Engage in activities that promote socialization and recreation.

　　Salary is $16-$18 Per Hour
