Best Buy has an opening for a Product Manager position. This position will report to the facility in Seattle, Washington. This position provides a telecommuting benefit allowing the employee to reside anywhere in the United States. Execute data-driven prioritization to design, build, and launch initiatives. Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action. Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods. Document specifications for business intelligence or information technology reports, dashboards, or other outputs. Craft clear product outcomes and vision for complex products, while understanding the product goals and organizational needs. Translate business strategies into product strategies, value increments, and product specifications. Help manage the creation and maintenance of user stories and business requirements for new features and enhancements leveraging multiple work streams. Prioritize new feature launches based on competitive analysis, industry trends, emerging technologies, and company vision. Articulate clear and concise requirements for new products and features. Analyze complex data sets and leverage that analysis to make data-driven product decisions. Improve value creation by defining and aligning on KPIs to measure success. Collaborate with business stakeholders, user experience teams, engineers, and other relevant digital and technology and business teams. This position requires travel to the Seattle headquarters once a year. There are multiple positions available. Requires Master's degree or equivalent foreign degree in Technology Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technological field. Position also requires 3 years of experience in (1) product management; (2) strategy creation or customer-focused solutioning; (3) working in a cross-functional team with engineers, user experience teams, and business teams. In the alternative, employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technological field, plus five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the enumerated fields referenced above. The pay ranges from $174,117/year to $200,000/year.
