In this role, you have the opportunity to

　　Drive Color Material Finish developments, implementations and end to end operational project support within the different Philips businesses ranging from consumer facing to medical products and systems.

　　Development and implementation of material innovation and technologies

　　Advice and support color, material and finishing selection and solutions

　　Provide color and material documentation content including logbooks

　　Review proposals and renders

　　Build, apply, advocate and maintain a palette and catalog across projects and support businesses in adherence

　　Be knowledge expert in Color Material Finish application

　　Material innovation development

　　Be Ambassador of the Color Material Finish competence and community

　　You are a part of

　　A small, multidisciplinary team, hosted in the Central Design function (the Color Material Finish and Brand Licensing team), focused on driving a central catalog across the company for color, material and finishing.

　　You are the right fit if

　　Bachelor or Master Degree in Color Material Finish , product or product-interaction design

　　5-10 years' relevant Color Material Finish and technical development experience from concept to realization in one or more specific business domains and in one or more markets and cultures

　　Deep knowledge about design and Color Material Finish application processes including user interface, 2D and 3D pattern and graphics

　　Excellent design skills, including Microsoft 365, Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Keyshot

　　High level of affinity with color and current global trends, with a high attention to details, yet you are technically driven

　　You are a Color Material Finish designer and technical engineer in one

　　You have worked in multidisciplinary teams in order to develop new propositions from start to end

　　Interest in development, implementation and curiosity for new technologies

　　Able to bridge between several stakeholders, functions and disciplines with ease

　　You have a data driven, fact-based approach and able to present and convince with excellent verbal, written and visual communication

　　Strong technical skills and acumen. Not afraid to pilot new technical skills and software

　　You are a pro active teamplayer with a flexible and open mindset for different perspectives who can connect the dots but also able to work autonomously
