Ferrous Processing and Trading, a business of Cleveland-Cliffs Steel, has an immediate opportunity for an Account Manager at the FPT Headquarters operation. The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with the organization's clients.

　　Summary Responsibilities:

　　Retain and renew large corporate business accounts, tier 1 suppliers, and OEM.

　　Develops and implement strategies to maintain and expand sales within an assigned territory.

　　Prepare a plan for each account to identify what and how short and long-term needs may be met.

　　Ensures all materials, equipment, and tools are available and in working order.

　　Forecasts the demand for the product(s) within assigned territory.

　　Provides reports on the budget and sales activity for a given period.

　　Interfaces with the customer to understand the customer's overall objectives and requirements.

　　Contacts customers regularly to maintain account relationships, advise of new product and service offerings, and obtain product feedback.

　　Share details with customers on additional offerings to provide value-added service.

　　Ensure that related departments provide post-sales support to assigned accounts/customers.

　　Serves as a point of escalation for issues or activities that the customer encounters during service utilization.

　　Expedites the resolution of customer problems/complaints.

　　Prepares and conducts technical/product presentations and demonstrations.

　　Participates in trade shows by representing the organization and sharing product information.

　　Provides feedback to management for future enhancements.

　　Shares ideas and customer needs throughout all cycle phases (plan, design, integrate, manage).

　　Contributes to the monthly MRO by providing account trends and sharing future client needs.

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree, one to two years related experience and training, or equivalent experience.

　　Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.

　　Proficient in MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word).

　　Excellent customer oral and written communication skills.

　　Demonstrated track record of solid teamwork.

　　Ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines.

　　Collaborative; builds and works with teams.

　　Ability to coach and mentor.

　　Pre-Employment background, physical, and hair drug screen required.
