　　The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:Business to business collectionsAccounts receivableProblem resolutionMS Office Excel skills required - pivot tables, formulasExcellent written and verbal skills   What You'll Be Doing:Responsible for interacting with the Shared Services Center in order to resolve internal and/or external issues delaying invoice payment.Manage all aspects of problem solving and facilitate conversations with responsible parties.May be asked to manage a portfolio of outstanding Accounts Receivables.Handling all aspects of the customer interaction from invoicing to cash collection and being the primary contact for problem resolution for the customers in their portfolio.Communicate professionally, both written and verbalEffectively manage a high volume of email communication and phone contactUse business acumen to proactively identify problems, potential risk, formulate sound solutions and develop and deliver action plansDrive accountability by escalating delinquency issues within the customer and internal organizationsFormulate a course of action to consistently accomplish or outperform established goalsRecognize and escalate changes in customer behavior that indicate increased risk of delinquency or defaultAbility to work with minimal supervision; following guidelines and company policySupport development and implementation of on-boarding content for new team membersUse Practical Process Improvement techniques to identify and solution problem root causeMentor and support other team membersPerform other duties as required to support customers, sales and other areas of the organizationTravel may be required at times, up to 20%.   What You Need to Bring to the Table:High School Diploma required; Bachelors degree in a business field preferred.Collection, customer service or finance background and analytical skills necessary to reconcile customer trade accounts5+ years of experience in collections and/or business or an equivalent combination of education and experienceBusiness to Business collectionsHave strong working knowledge of customer billing platforms and internal systems that allow problem identification and solutionExcellent written and verbal skills that allow effective communication via both phone and email; professional and customer focused manner with attention to detailGoal orientedPossesses a high degree of integrityAbility to work effectively with other team members in an open environmentProficiency in programs with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), Oracle, CognosExcellent written and verbal skills that allow effective communication via both phone and emailOperates with a high degree of integrity, works well in a team environment.Proficiency in Cognos report writing and key Excel functions that will drive collection efficiencies for large customers   What's In It For You?
