Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in the Waste, Refuse Environmental Waste Management industry, located in Marlboro, Massachusetts. The workplace will require you to perform detailed tasks related to customer service, billing, and commercial collections.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer credit accounts and take action to collect overdue payments

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer credit information

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize and analyze data

• Provide exceptional customer service when handling inquiries and disputes

• Resolve disputes related to billing and collections in a timely manner

• Use your skills in commercial collections to manage and recover debts

• Collaborate with the team to ensure all collection tasks are completed in a timely manner

• Keep up-to-date with industry standards and practices in waste management collections. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Excel

• Experience in commercial collections

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to resolve disputes effectively

• Familiarity with billing and billing collection processes

• Knowledge of waste, refuse, and environmental waste management industry

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
