The Digital Transformation Director is responsible for leading a diverse team in the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives. This is a significant leadership opportunity that will be a critical role within the newly formed Enterprise Transformation Office (EXO). While depth of scope continues to be refined, the breadth will be enterprise-wide benefiting more than 15,000 people, 80 offices on three continents, and 10 global practices that each have numerous business lines.
The Director should have experience delivering similar transformation programs and should be able to anticipate, plan and shape resources and deployment plans that maximize quality, remove risk, and achieve scope, schedule and cost targets through agile techniques, an ownership mindset and exceptional people engagement.
