　　Arrow Electronics is looking for an experienced collections professional to join our team in Guadalajara! This position is part of our Credit and Collections team and will work with Arrow customers to provide them with options for payment collection. This individual will be empowered to make business decisions within set guidelines to best assist customers and find payment solutions that will maintain positive business relationships.

　　This position requires candidates to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in office / 2 days' work from home)

　　What You'll Be Doing:

　　Take inbound and outbound calls to collect payment from customers, negotiate payment plans, obtain proper approvals for selected payment solutionWork with customers to determine reason(s) for non-payment of invoices for new cases; follow up on disputes that have already been researched and collect outstanding balance if applicableTake appropriate action on accounts such as credit holds, placement with collections, holding orders, etc.Collaborate with sales teams across the United States, Canada and international members and customers to review order release and customer master files; release orders as appropriate and set a limit to order releases based on research and analysisAfter 30 days in your role as Collection Analyst I you will have accomplished Knowledge of your portfolio dynamic and start developing your Credit Acumen. 　　What We're Looking For:

　　Typically requires an Economic/Admin related College Degree and 1-4 years of experience in Collections or High school graduate with equivalent related experience. Desirable to have related certification in finance/business etc.Strong negotiating abilitiesConfident in making and taking calls.Excellent verbal and written communication; fluent in EnglishAbility to work independently with little or no guidance.Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with clients.Demonstrated experience and proficiency with Microsoft ExcelEven Better if You Have:Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems

　　Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

　　$20,000-$27,500 monthly

　　Sign-on bonus of one month's salary, if you successfully complete the hiring process, paid in 1- 2 payroll cycles and consent of Bonus agreement.

　　Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
