Collections Admin

　　Job Description:

　　A leading organization is seeking a Collections Admin to join their team in East Granby. This role will consist of the following responsibilities:

　　Daily collections on invoices ranging from $500-2000.

　　Calling multiple facilities for the company.

　　Strong phone etiquette for working with customers.

　　Professionalism in phone communication.

　　Collections will be conducted 100% over the phone and this person will need to be a strong communicator.

　　Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

　　Experience working with customers over the phone (high volume).

　　Strong Excel skills (v-lookups and pivot tables) - nice to have

　　Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus!

　　Prior experience with collections
