Overview
Racker is excited to welcome applicants for a newly created part-time position in our mental health program. The Collaborative Solutions Network Coordinator is responsible for helping to plan, implement, and coordinate the Tompkins County System of Care – the Collaborative Solutions Network (CSN). This is a professional position involving coordinating and planning with a multitude of organizations across the regions' physical, mental, social, emotional, and educational servicing systems.
Rate of pay is $20-$22/hour, based on experience. Position is 20 hours per week, and is flexible with both in person and remote hours.

Responsibilities
Engage all stakeholders in cross system change efforts with particular outreach to youth and family members with lived experience, schools, and those providing services to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
Build bridges between existing community entities
Co-facilitate monthly CSN meetings
Attend relevant cross system collaboration meetings
Support and maintain the CSN website
Provide updates to the CSN on a regular basis
Support collaborations that lay the foundation for a five-year Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration System of Care grant (2025)
Provide all reports to any grantors or funders as required
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in health, mental health, public health, or related field is preferred, plus experience collaborating with community-based organizations.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to manage and organize information, strong written and verbal communication skills
